First day is (almost) done!

We are approaching 9:00 pm and our first day of shooting has one scene left. As of right now, Drew and Fry are setting up the scene where our main character approaches his love interest.

The day has gone great up to this point. We had a hectic schedule and surprisingly we never fell beyond one hour behind, despite the fact that all of the crew we had on canceled at the last minute. Actually, a minimal crew is working out great, it allows for easier transitions from shot to shot and the only one who really has to do a lot more work is Drew (who is most definitely the hardest working person on set.)

Tomorrow is the hardest day of the shoot, and if we can fit it all in then it is all down hill from there and we are on our way to a nice Christmas break.

Well then, off to rehearse with Mark and Mary, who KILLED the last scene of between them today. Mark is fantastic and Mary is unsurprisingly awesome. She literally gave me goosebumps in one take today. I am not exaggerating by any means.

Hope to check back in tomorrow. Don't be surprised if the blog just says, "ajhdfakl;sfd;af" from now on because I probably passed out on the key board.
